About Legal Times
News that leaves you a little better off
Legal Times was founded on a simple conviction: responsible journalism doesn't have to mean relentlessly negative journalism. We cover real people solving real problems — with the rigour and transparency you expect from a serious newsroom.
Our Mission
Curating progress, one story at a time
Every day our editorial team scours research papers, government reports, NGO releases and on-the-ground dispatches to surface the stories that show the world moving forward. We are not naïve — we know problems persist. But we believe an informed public also deserves to see what's working.
Founded in 2024, Legal Times publishes across health, environment, community, technology and policy — always with named sources, linked studies and honest caveats.

What We Stand For
Our editorial values
Accuracy First
Every story passes through at least two rounds of fact-checking. We cite primary sources and correct mistakes openly.
Hope Without Hype
We report real progress — not feel-good spin. If a study is preliminary or a policy still in draft, we say so.
Depth Over Clicks
We resist sensational headlines. Our reward is a reader who finishes an article better informed, not just more anxious.
Independent & Ad-Light
Editorial decisions are never influenced by advertisers or sponsors. Our loyalty is to readers, full stop.
